Throughout the past 13+ yrs dealing with chronic pain, autoimmune disorder and finding a pain management center where the patient is priority and treated kindly, I was very much so impressed by how kindly I was greeted by the front desk staff, the back staff, and excellent bedside manners by Dr. Gilberto Acosta on my very first visit. Having to find new doctors after 10+ yrs due to recent move isn’t easy, but I felt comfortable with my overall experience. That matters to me a lot.
While going to the doctor is unfortunate, considering you’re only going to this one, for example, if you are experiencing pretty severe pain - Dr. Acosta makes the best scenario of a bad situation. I have seen/have to regularly see many doctors. Dr. Acosta is rare in that he - 1) makes you feel that you are actually cared for 2) makes you feel heard.
