Everyone here is wonderful, absolutely wonderful. I'm thankful my health issues are so well cared for. I will stay with them forever. From the receptionist to the doctors, they are all compassionate angels. I thank them for making my whole life manageable.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience overall. The doctor did not listen to my concerns and made me feel dismissed rather than cared for. I felt rushed and unheard throughout the appointment. The front desk and medical staff were also rude and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. Patient care should involve respect, empathy, and professionalism, and this office fell short in all areas. I would not recommend this practice.
