Tried to get an initial appointment to see if doing spinal blocks or epidural injections may help my severe pain… they refuse to even schedule the initial appointment without my social security number. Claiming they can get all my current prescription information with my SSN and that they require this of all their patients before every single appointment. I have a kidney that is about gone dew to kidney stones and damaged I have chronic pain and they denied me help my pain is unbearable this is sad
I don’t even know where to start. My appointment was changed several times and somehow changed back to a previous date which resulted in me needing to reschedule. So months later and a gazillion pages of forms later I finally go in. During their evaluation, the nurse interrupted and put words in my mouth once. She called one of the medications that I’m on a muscle relaxer and it isn’t.
