You can’t really talk to anyone, it’s difficult to get anyone on the phone. They prefer you TEXT them for what you need. WHO DOES THAT??? Sometimes you have to wait to be seen for an hour or more! The only reason I go there is because Dr. McDonnell is my pain management doctor and he’s really good. I saw his daughter once, she’s a pain management doctor there as well. I had no issues with her. This place is so bad I wish they would let me put half a star or none at all I loved Gavin but the one that took of for him tried to get rid of me telling me my meds wasn’t in my system but I informed them they was cause I take them every morning cause if not I can’t function but somehow it wasn’t in my system so yea I got angry and they wouldn’t show me the paper that it wasn’t in my system so I about got thrown out but I had a right to be mad so they go rid of me as a patient so they let me go without my meds for a month t... read more
This is the most pathetic, unprofessional, irrational, inconsistent pitiful excuse for a pain clinic, if you ask me..... Which Google did ask for in this box. I have witnessed nurses aides/ assistants, APRNs speak about patients in the hallway in a mockingly childish manner where I could hear. Not only that, but about each other as well on another occasion. ALSO, since when has anyone been called for a pill count "randomly" and only given 2 hours to get there!?!?.... They may have good service, but when you are having a procedure and they triple book times because they didn't know there were three people booked at the same time because the scheduling is outsourced to India (quoted by an employee) there is something wrong. and there is no way they don't know, because they had to review the schedule.
Very polite people percise to the point no nonsense here understanding and address the cause and issue at hand for correct treatment. Excellent staff nurses and physicians.
