I do like the doctor but the staff sucks! Every time I need a prescription renewal it takes the staff days to submit. I am going into the office tomorrow because I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I left 4 messages today and still no medication refill or a call back. Now I’m going to lose time from work tomorrow to show up in person. I just hope those same people ignoring my calls never experience the pain I’m feeling.
Dr Rosenthal hit my spinal cord my last epidoral on May 9th. And what's worse he didn't even tell me. I thought I had a stroke that day and ended up in the hospital May 10th. I was so scared I was shaking, vomiting, and numb. I saw Dr Rosenthal come in the ER just to talk to the radiologist and walked right by me. My new pain doctor told me what had happened.. I was in absolute pain for 5 years and no one was able to figure out what was causing the pain. Paid a visit to Dr. Rosenthal and he did a few tests X-rays, MRI and a few other test along with sound Dr. Sara. For the first time in 5 years most of the pain is gone. Not only is it gone, but I have regained the energy I once had. Thank you Dr. Rosenthal for giving me back my life again. Everyone is super polite and professional and will continue with my treatment.
HORRIBLE!!! Dr. Rosenthal, if that's what you call him is rude, and unprofessional. According to him, everyone want pain meds just to sell them. Didn't seem knowledgeable at all. He was abrupt and seemed totally disinterested in what I was telling him about my pain. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, you'll be waiting your time.
Yes the wait times can be long, however you're dealing with just one doctor for that day and they aren't God. Dr Rosenthal tries his best to comfort those who are truly are in chronic, intractable pain. If they are a good doctor you'll wait for the best care. Thank you for always treating me like a human being with the worst chronic pain condition known to man.
