First time trying acupuncture. I was a bit nervous about the needles . But everything went very smoothly . Office is very clean and professional at all times . Olesia is absolutely gentle , she always makes me feel so comfortable. Sometimes I come in a bit stress from daily activities. If One Call and American Specialty Health had a baby, it would be Acupuncture Network Pain Management Center. We are better off billing workers' compensation companies directly.
My feedback is for this business. Your receptionist is awful, the face of your company, the first point of contact, she is rude, disrespectful, very unprofessional, and does not communicate well. I experienced this numerous times via phone & in person. I was mistreated by her unnecessarily. The confusion, the lack of communication, the disrespect to a patient was dramatic on her part.
