For me, visiting this place for treatment was a total waste of time and money. I traveled 45 minutes each way and they were well aware of why I was coming and my condition. When Dr Novac walked in he said he didn't know why he was there because he doesn't treat my condition. He met with me for about 3 minutes and walked out offering me a can of Biofreeze. Total waste of my time. All they seemed to be looking for was the Medicare money. This place is one big JOKE!
My appointment was a total waste of time and money. My doctor gave me a referral, which I requested, and my time there was an absolute joke. I drove 45 minutes each way for the consultation and received no benefit at all. They may help others, but they didn't help me at all. I found the place clean. It didn't take a long time to get in to my appointment. But I found the doctor was very disrespectful I don't want to put an injection in my spine ? You shouldn't be disrespected and acted like well, You don't want to help yourself. I find that disrespectful and I find that Doctor's need to respect everyone's pain. Not about addiction. It's about living with pain what makes each person comfortable with their pain?.
They gave me an appointment, I waited more then an hour when the dr. Came in he told me they dont have Dr's. And he didn't know why they gave me an apt.. when I called to make apt. I asked if they were taking patients again they said yes .... pretty disgusted with them
Unfortunately This place is bad, my husband is without a medication for 1 month and 8 days and called this office and leave messages and nothing I go to the office and a Nurse Cindy is not in the same page as the rest and no one knows how to help. It use to be a good one when was only Dr. Dominguez but since he added this other ones is problems and problems.
