The people there are really great. They get you in and out. They listen to your concerns. DR. DOMINGUEZ does wonderful injections that make my life bearable.
My husband has a very rare disease, he suffers everyday just trying to move..he was sent here and was told they don’t do pain meds..makes absolutely no sense..just let ppl suffer, don’t bother going they don’t care
If I could give negative stars I hastily would. Please please please do yourself a favor and ask your insurance to set you up with any other pain clinic except for this one. This place is hands-down, the worst medical facility I have ever stepped foot in. For one they massively overbook, which some places can pull off if they’re super organized but this place is not one of them. First of all, let me start by saying that the only reason they're getting 2 stars is because the receptionist was cool and the nurses were very kind and helpful. I went in for a surgical injection, and was having a panic attack. I could hear the doctor treating the patient next to me say that they're going to get and IV and something to help them relax. For me, visiting this place for treatment was a total waste of time and money. I traveled 45 minutes each way and they were well aware of why I was coming and my condition. When Dr Novac walked in he said he didn't know why he was there because he doesn't treat my condition. He met with me for about 3 minutes and walked out offering me a can of Biofreeze. Total waste of my time. All they seemed to be looking for was the Medicare money. This place is one big JOKE!
