I was appalled at the complete lack of communication here. The doctor wouldn't even believe I had a feeding tube until she saw it. Then assumed that because I had kids that I did all the cooking and cleaning and errands. I had to explain that I had a caregiver who did all of that for me, including transportation. The doctor was also pushing spinal procedures after I explained that I am at high risk of complications due to my conditions. Felt rushed with the doctor, offered no help in my pain management, was supposed to be set up for MRI, brace, etc, never heard back from the office
Dr. Lou is great, and the staff is great! The gal (callie) at the front desk is awesome as well very polite and super helpful. If you are looking for a great medical staff look no further.

The the front desk office worker, Callie, is possibly the worst person I've ever met.
