Dr. Young is great. The reception on the other hand is something else. They sat there and did nothing but speak bad about the patients and when you call, they won't answer the phone and specifically tell you not to leave more than one message... good luck getting a return call, I didn't.
I've spent literally months trying to get help at this office due to severe hip and sacrum pain. It took four months to get an appointment even though I was referred by another orthopedic doctor at AHUV. Then two more months while the doctor ordered more X-rays (yep, it's arthritis. I could have told him that.)and had me try rolling around on a hard foam fascia roller. He prescribed gabapentin for nerve pain which really did nothing for my severe back pain. Dr. Young is one the best, caring, well educated Doctor that I have met. I appreciate his honesty towards my personal care. I feel that Dr. Young cares about all his patience’s well being. That is what makes him a great doctor.
