Dr. Syed was absolutely incredible. He walked in and explained that I had the exact same ruptured disc that he did. He told me exactly what to expect and how it would feel with daily pain. He was right. The steroid injection took 30 seconds and I honestly didn't really feel it. Amazing bedside manor among with scheduling and overall service and pain management. Would someone PLEASE just answer the phone! I've been trying to get an appt for several days now!!
If I would have made this a year or 2 ago my answer would be completely different... but today they showed true ku treatment. I felt like I had wasted mine and her time. There was nothing they could do... which yes.... You can do 3 times a day or increase the dose. But whatever.. as of right now, I have one Doctor, maybe 2. It's sad seeing the ku act put in place. I've been with pain management for 2 almost 3 years. I won't be returning
Dr. Syed and Sophia Harlow are AMAZING!! They have been so kind and considerate and supportive and helpful throughout my pain journey. They take the time to actually listen to your problems. Monica is amazing as well! She makes me feel like an actual person! Everyone works so hard to find a solution to each specific persons pain that best fits that person! I can’t say enough how amazing this team is!
Worthless. They don't respond to messages and only want you to schedule epidural. They're only in it for the money.
