They run so perfectly efficiently that you wouldnt be mad if they were not friendly. BUT they were. Everyone from check in to check out were so friendly and professional. In and out in under 2 hours for colonoscopy. I cant say enough about everyone involved in my procedure.
Staff was lovely but husband was kept on a gurney for three hours. He was one of the first to arrive and was the last to leave. The surgeon was running late but I had to get belligerent about moving things along way after the doctor had spoken to us.

Wife was supposed to have a colonoscopy. When she got there they told her she had to have an ekg done. So she couldn’t get the colonoscopy done. They said someone had. Called her on Friday and left a message. She had no messages and one missed call. So she went through all that prep for nothing. She had surgery 6 weeks before and didn’t need an ekg. I’ve had issues with Health First too. Hprrible!!!
