Called to ask about preprocedure instructions this morning and Brenda was BEYOND rude!!!!! If you're having a bad day maybe take a breath and chill before you answer the phone. Honestly makes me not even want to get my procedure done when the staff is so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason!
I had a great experience here! The staff is kind, caring, and professional. Jackie was especially wonderful — she handled my needle with such a gentle touch that I barely felt it (and I usually hate needles!). The front desk team was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a truly great experience!
Had my first colonoscopy today with Dr. Turse and it went awesome. The staff from the front desk to the nurses. All friendly and funny. Made me feel like I was at grandmas ! Shout out to Kim in the back and Nancy who made me laugh when I was nervous!! Great team!!!
My experience at this clinic was wonderful. Everyone was very nice, caring, and very professional. Thank you for everything.
After being here several times, I have not had one bad visit. I was very well looked after I didn’t wait terribly long. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend this facility. Dr Martin is an excellent doctor!!🎈
