They double or triple book appointments and you have to fill out 10 pages of paperwork. I tried to get established here twice and had to wait a full hour the first time without being seen because I had to go back to work (they put you in a room and make you wait there, too. You wouldn't know they were over booking if it wasn't also for the 4 or 5 people in the lobby still waiting to move to a room after an hour.)
