I went to the pain institute of central florida for relief. I'm not even able to walk due to my pain and they basically tell me to screw off and stop calling. No help. No advice. Nothing.
The entire office was very efficient and professional. Dr Fallows was very informative of my needs and directions. I recommend him to others
It's too bad the practice seems more interested in filling their pockets instead of listening to their patients they're treating. Compound billing seems to be an issue as well. Pay your copays and wait for more bills in the mail.
Staff friendly but they are not all about pain management they are more about milking your insurance company...without thinking about your well being
