I purchased a water softener via Lowe's & Pain in the Pipe was their installer. I noticed a water leak in 3 ceiling spots a couple months later. I had a third party plumber access the damage, who advised the leak source is a pipe behind W/D that is not connected. I called to have the leak fixed as their installer was in the area/closet where the leak is & did not advise me of any issue prior to leaving installation & did not ensure no leaks were present or evident to begin after install.
