I can't state enough how happy I am and how fortunate I was to be referred to Judith and Pain free tax service. She literally did everything for me and kept me informed of the process all the way and relieved me of all the stressful dealings the with the CRA. She was friendly relatable and still totally professional, a 5+.

Update: The first time I called was Dec 22nd, was told to submit online to get in line, which I did. 3.5 months ago. Over double your quote, '6 weeks'. I also called Jan 22nd, March 4th and now April 1st for updates. On March 4th I was told by the receptionist that they had to check in with someone and said person would call me back for an update. When I said 'no rush' I didnt think that meant 1 month later (that's what I get for being accommodating I guess) - no problem, things happen, so I check in again today just to be t... read more
