Update: The first time I called was Dec 22nd, was told to submit online to get in line, which I did. 3.5 months ago. Over double your quote, '6 weeks'. I also called Jan 22nd, March 4th and now April 1st for updates. On March 4th I was told by the receptionist that they had to check in with someone and said person would call me back for an update.
