RecommendedI've been a patient since 2010. Dr. Pupiales and staff are wonderful, caring and compassionate. I had been misdiagnosed since I was a young child and could barely walk when I had my 1st appointment with Dr.P. 11 yrs later I am still his patient and am able to live again. Dr. P and all his staff go above and beyond for their patients. I will recommend Pain Free New Mexico over and over again because living with pain.... is not living!
Dr Pupiales and staff are amazing. I’ve been with Dr P since 2006 when his practice was in Santa Fe. He is the only Dr who actually diagnosed by back issue and treated it vs blanketing it with pain pills. Alex is amazing. Joelle, DeAnna, and the other nurses and technicians take care of Dr P’s patients with great care. I recommend Dr P and Pain Free New Mexico to anyone needing help with pain.
If you have pain management needs this is the place to go. I have been treated by Dr.P for a few years now and he has totally changed my back pain/spasms issues. I did not want another office that tosses pills at me and he is not that.
Dr P and his team work very hard to make sure that patients have the highest level of care. Great group of people!!

My husband and I have been under the gentle care of Dr. Pupiales and his amazing staff since 2011. They are extremely thorough and find the root of the pain. The entire staff works well together and I think that there isn't a large turn over in staff is a testament to Dr. Pupiales' personal character.
Normally I don't like Dr's...but Dr. P is very thorough plays attention to everything, listens to what you have to say. He has made it possible for me to walk again. Very grateful for him and his staff
I love Dr Pupiales. He is funny and sweet. Good bedside manner.
