Review for Dr. Kaur Unfortunately, she did not take my health concerns seriously. I had a severe rash on my back, and during the appointment, she simply looked at it and said, “It’s not cancer,” without offering any further diagnosis, treatment, or referral. The experience has been increasingly frustrating! Every time I call, either they hang up or transfer me to voicemail. They only offer a limited number of in-person appointments, and if you try to book one, it’s nearly impossible because they never answer the phone. Plus, there’s no other way to schedule appointments. It’s really aggravating. Unfortunately, I'm stuck for now since I can't find another family doctor accepting new patients. But once I do, I’ll definitely be switching.

I've been trying to call but the receptionist keeps hanging up on me. I was eventually put on hold just to get hung up on after 15mins of waiting. They eventually just either blocked my cell or cut off the phone line because I just kept trying to call back.
