Reviews basics of multiple underlying causes of pelvic pain and treatment approaches that can be performed by individuals themselves as well as the healthcare professionals treating individuals with pelvic pain. Will continue to recommend this as a resource as a multi modal approach to gaining control of the many facets that contribute to pelvic pain.
