I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Scott, Rhonda, and their nursing staff. They are compassionate, understanding, and truly dedicated to patient care. Dr. Scott, in particular, is polite, considerate, personable, an excellent communicator, and an outstanding physician. My first appt was Aug 15th I saw one of Dr Scott's PAs she was great went over everything and convinced me to try another neck injection even though the previous one I had at another office made my pain worse. I went in yesterday on my birthday 11/21 for said neck injection. What I was told in the first at is I'd have a consult first with the Dr Scott then the injection procedure. I had the first phase of an RFA, before I had it I asked if they were sure I need prior authorization for my procedure for all phases with my insurance as I did NOT with any of my ESIs. The response was “we have never heard of that.” So I had step one have been waiting almost 4 weeks for them to call me to schedule step 2. Called Friday left a message and decided I would just check with our insurance to see where we were at.
