Would be a zero if I only could they are just let you. Got referred here by a Cabbell surgeon so they could make some extra money. Need back surgery these shots will not get vertebrae off my spine just maybe make it feel better so I can hurt it worse. Been at the whole process since October. They lost stuff from the va never contacted me with a problem. Probably the rudest bunch of people I have ever met. Appointment with them in in January to screen next appointment for shots April
These people don't care. They kept doing the same procedures even though my doctor wrote out different orders. Then, they call me with a appointment to tell me I'm getting Botox, when I show up, a doctor whom I'd never seen before came in and accused me of being a dope head! Needless to say, I quit them and now go to another pain management which is very professional and not liars! . I will never come back to this one at Cabell. He talked so mean to me. And had never seen me in his life!
Been going here for over a year , and still not hardly any relief from my back pain , insurance approved my second procedure 2 months ago they never called me to schedule but expect me to keep coming in for follow up visits , at this point I'm starting to think there only milking the insurance company.
