Love this place!
Definitely not your normal soft hand massage that’s for relaxation which sadly all the negative reviews were expected and were saying that it hurt. I think of this place more like rehabilitation and true traditional Chinese Medicine, where they will be more deep tissue and more knowledgeable pressure precision to remove literally pain one might be feeling. Got an ear cleaning, which consisted of someone basically gouging wax out of my ear with a Q tip as quickly as possible. There was clearly a language barrier but she made minimal effort to ever check in on how I was doing. At the end I tried to communicate that my ear felt clogged but was rushed out the door, assured it would get better once the fluid drained out. 2 days later I was in urgent care with an impacted ear drum and an ear infection. The whole experience was very rushed, uncaring, and unprofessional.
I currently see a spine specialist, do physical therapy, and live in constant chronic neck & back pain, so I will admit I was skeptical going into it, but my partner got me a 1 Hour Full Body Massage, and Kevin is a miracle worker!! He really focused on the areas I had mentioned, but knew his stuff and was able to release the built up tension and every muscle that affected it! I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
