The dr. Was super nice and understandable. But the reception person or persons. Especially on the phone are extremely rude and they moved my appointment without letting me pick a date. Idk about them. Time to get new reception people.
I have been going 2 them for several years. I have always thought that they were professionals and if u need 2 wait a minute it was because they were helping someone else.
I have always been treated very well by staff and Dr’s. Everyone is so friendly. They really are good at getting people in and out for their appointments. If you have been referred to a pain clinic I recommend Pain and Spine.
