I started seeing Tim Jones April 2024 and he has helped me to get answers to my ongoing neck/shoulder issues that I’ve had for over 20yrs. He listened to my concerns, has come up with a treatment plan to help me and also got me to the specialists that he felt needed to review my case and I finally got answers this year and am set to get surgery this upcoming Thursday to replace 2 discs in my neck that are pressing on my spinal cord. Nurse Tim didn’t know how to read the MRI he ordered for me. All he was concerned about was the Valium that was prescribed & he just kept calling them benzos, like the druggies do. I know better than to mix them with painkillers. He didn’t believe me gave me prescriptions that he didn’t discuss with me & I wasn’t going to take. Not sure why I wasted my time with him, he was clueless on my condition & again had no idea how to read MRI & gave me prescription for P/T which would’ve made my problem worse, according to the orthop... read more

The staff there go over the top to make the patients feel welcome and they do what it takes for the patients to be understood I would give the staff and doctors a 10 rating
