Was with my wife while she was trying to schedule an appointment. Whoever Kimberly is that was on the call with us was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed in the service.
Travis has really taken his time with me and addresses my needs as they come up.
Matt is such a great Dr. He truly cares and the office staff are wonderful..
I can't speak for all the provider's there, but I saw one of the P.A.s for a while and his bedside manner was terrible. He always talked over me and it felt like he didnt care what i had to say because he already had a plan made up in his mind. It feels like he doesn't trust his patients and looks at them like addicts instead of people with legitimate pain who came to him for help. On top of that, he was behind 1 to 3 hours every single appointment and he doesnt seem to care about your time and makes you come in every month ... read more
Both the staff and Doctors are awesome!! They listen really well and are willing to do whatever it takes to help me find relief from my pain.
