This office is normally on time and the nurses are great, and Dr. Ali is very professional and is not afraid to correct and educate staff when not performing duties properly, to ensure a successful proceedure and healing process.
No accountability. The providers have awful beside manner and will inconvenience you, make it your fault and leave you with the obligation to figure out. Really not trained on real medical issues, so if you are serious about getting proper Nuerological care go elsewhere. The bathroom literally has trash and potty hats falling out of the trash, and crawling bugs on the toilet!
Professional staff who makes your feel comfortable with each procedure. I was denied back surgery and Dr. Ali took me on as a patient with chronic back and lower leg pain. I am now doing better, and able to do more activities. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Everyone was great especially Nurse Nicole who is always friendly and very efficient
