Dr. Roe is the worst of them all! Stay away from this place!!! Every other 1 star review is accurate!
Worst place ever They have my grandfather fighting for his life after a pain pump implant Couldn't even get a hold of the doctors after the surgery when he was across the street in critical condition
I spent years with chronic pain Dr. Roe and Lyndsey (staff) gave me a pain-reduced life I can deal with. Their professionalism, knowledge, kindness and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Doctor placed a pain pump in my grandmother without any other options given. We were told by a doctor at Portneuf in Pocatello that the pump is normally only put in as a last resort for cancer patients. He also explained they placed it in a terrible place and this was probably causing her so much pain and pinching nerves. After some time we got the pump taken out by Portneuf. She has had no more pain since and is finally recovering. I highly recommend to stay away from this place.
Don't waste your time. No tangible resolutions were provided, and it's obvious that helping the people that really need it wasn't the priority. Do yourself a favor and look toward any other recommendation, referral, or option before resorting to this sorry excuse of a pain management provider. You'll save yourself a lot of frustration and/or disappointment in the end
