The complaint I have is with the people who schedule appointments at the front desk. I think that some of them can be rude. I am a doctor who has done extensive work on viruses and I have worked with many ill patients but I will never treat anybody with the attitude I received when I called asking to schedule an appointment with Dr. Pohler and refill my prescription. I actually liked Holly Wolf and was told someone would call me the next day to schedule my spinal block because I’m in horrible pain. When no one called, I called the office and spoke with someone who had a attitude that the person who schedules procedures has “over 100” people ahead of me and it would be 3-4 weeks before she would even check with insurance. So I called and left a message with the lady at the front to please have Holly call me, she did not. I’m very disappointed and can not wait over a month for treatment. I... read more
Horrible experience the nurse practitioner was great but the front desk is horrible. Got told it would be 4 weeks just to run insurance before I can schedule a procedure and they called in my prescription to an old pharmacy from 3 years ago even though I wrote the new pharmacy down at check in and even discussed the correct pharmacy to the nurse.
