I am a 41 yr old above the knee amputee w crps and have been bedridden for 16 months. I finally made the decision to keep fighting for my life and I have 1 more fight left in me and this would not have been possible without ms jass, Emily, Sedona and the amazing women who answer the phone. I’m absolutely appalled by the pain management team’s lack of basic empathy and professionalism. They contacted my spouse’s phone at a time when my spouse was clearly no longer able to respond, yet they showed zero concern for their condition or our family’s situation. Instead of following up appropriately, they simply said they had “dropped” the case, no urgency, no welfare check, no attempt to reach out to family, and no meaningful communication of any kind. I value the care and attention I have been shown from the staff as life altering! I was living, existing, in excruciating pain that robbed me of any quality of life until I became a patient. I am eternally grateful!
