awful serviceman behind the counter
It was average. We had the Champong (spicy noodles) and Tang-soo-yook (korean/chinese sweet and sour pork). Champong was below average. Broth was lacking the depth that I taste in most champong. The noodles were on point, though, and it was filled with good toppings. For me, however, broth makes 80% of champong. Tang-soo-yook was average. It could have been crunchier on the outside - it lacked the second frying that is usually needed for korean fried dishes. Still, it wasn’t bad - just not great.
