Called to cancel an appointment on July 7, 2026. On the same phone call, office assistant asked I would like to rescheduled appointment for September 9, 2026, 2:50 pm. That was the next available date. Upon arriving 30 minutes early on September 9th, was told that I did not have an appointment today. Person at the front desk, gave me no reason, did not offer to see if I could be seen today, did not offer to reschedule appointment.
