I stopped by the Cinnaminson salon to make an appointment and had a few questions as I would be a new client. The receptionist was on the phone. For 3 minutes and 30 seconds she was having a calm conversation with a customer. She never acknowledged me, look up or even a smile acknowledging I was standing literally 2 feet from her.
