Paige plumbing was the plumber for my new build. They did not install a drain shoe correctly which resulted in a leak causing $3k worth of damage and unable to use bathroom for 5 months. The first of several visits, the plumber showed up unprepared without tools and no concept of what he was there to do. The plumbing tech then said I have to get to another appointment and just left.
