I brought my zero-turn Toro mower in to Paige's Lawnmower Services at **** ***** ***Mandeville, LA for repair on 2-24-21 at 9am. I requested an estimate on suggested repairs before any work was done. I asked for an approximate time line on the estimate and the guy at the counter said a couple of days. I didn't hear back from them so I called them on Friday 2-26-21 at 946am and I was put on hold and a second guy came on the line and said they haven't touched it yet and they would call me me back when they look at it. I live blocks from Paige Lawnmower and thought how convenient it was that they were right at the end of my street. Have been in there three times through the years and have been treated rudely and they were of no help in neither purchasing new lawn equipment or servicing my existing equipment. I was waited on by who appeared to be the owner and he was rude and dismissive. Will neither patronize nor recommend this business to anyone.

We have been doing business with Paige Lawn Mower's for years and always return to them. We just had our generator repaired and they were so kind to fix it before the storm and deliver it to us because it is so heavy and hard to lift. Very nice people at Paige!

I went to Paige Lawnmower and they where very nice. They repaired my old walk mower at a reasonable price and Mr. Paige was very helpful and nice. I spent a lot of time asking questions and Mr. Paige took the time to explain everything in great detail and in terms that I could understand. I have heard so many great things about Paige Lawnmower and has been recommended by all my neighbors. I think that Mr. Paige and his son own Paige Lawnmower. I would not but a single item from this company. The Owner, Mr. William Paige, is extremely rude, unfreiendly and even though i was going to purchase 2 count them 2 lawn mowers from them he refused to honor a warranty from TORO becasue i recieved the mower as a gift and he said that i needed to call home depot since they probably bought it from Home depot anyway.. Very rude and before you go to ths company i would HIGHLY recomend looking for ANY other comapny to do busines with.
