In the last two years, I have used Don Paige to appraise several challenging estates. The work was completed within 72 hours and the relevant sales were on target even when I did not like the value assigned. I will continue to work with him.

Do not use this company. Don Paige came to do an appraisal on my personal items 18 months ago and he said he would need to charge me twice (up-front) because I thought I needed two reports. I paid and then communicated (in email and over the phone) that I would actually only need 1 report. Not only did he keep the money from the extra report. He never gave me any report at all. Paige Appraisals has cashed my deposit check but has not provided the appraisal reports ordered. The deadline for the first report has come and gone. After three efforts to reach Mr. Paige with no response, I have filed a complaint through the BBB.
