Bad interaction with company personal on phone
Stay away, the positive reviews here are absolutely fake. Do not do business with this company. If you still doubt me, just try to call them. You’ll not get an answer, and then as soon as you hang up you’ll get a call from a call center claiming to be PAIC. They finally showed up months after I made the deal at almost 5 PM, rushed through the entire installation to get it done before dark. Stay away!! This company is very unethical. I highly recommend you reach out to your lender if anything fraudulent has happened to you while getting Solar with them with a loan. Any company that offers side services to be added onto your loan such as HVAC, turf, pergola, or anything that is relating to home improvement should be able to comply and give you those funds and not keep them. I have tried to get them to come fix the crap work that they halfway did! Usually I get ignored but if I’m lucky enough to get a response they say theres no warranty. My panels are loose and bouncing with the wind. The only bigger scam than solar is this company!
A sale rep from PAIC overheard my name with the city (as you have to ask permission for solar), and showed up at my door. I paid upfront for all my solar panels and battery (Nov/23). They installed a dead Enphase battery and are supposed to replace it and the keep sloughing me off. Enphase is waiting to ship the battery but have not received the money from PAIC. I call once a week to PAIC and we are “high priority” for them to send Enphase the money for the battery. ITS ALMOST SEPT, and we still haven’t received our battery.... read more
