Shady billing and 0 patient services. This doctor saw my daughter when I delievered at RWJ. She then billed me as if I visited her outside of the hospital. My insurance covered the bill anyway. Three years later she is trying to collect payment again. She uses a bill collection agency and has no phone number or office so this is impossible to resolve.

Dr Pai is the best pediatrician I have encountered. She always goes above and beyond her patient’s needs and treats them as family. Dr. Pai’s empathy, knowledge, problem solving skills are what make her an exceptional pediatrician.

Dr. Pai is a warm, caring and wonderful physician. Within a few minutes of meeting her, you can tell how she went into medicine because she genuinely wants to help people. Truly a gem.

Dr. Pai is the WORST pediatrician I’ve ever taken my child to! First, she made us wait 30 minutes PAST our scheduled appointment time and when she finally was available she never even expressed remorse of any kind! Then, she rushed through the appointment so quickly to where my child couldn’t even get a word in. She was in a bad mood and just determined not to do a good job!
