I've been going to Dr. Pai (and his wife Dr. Ishioka) forever -- more than 30 years. I met Susan as an orthodontal patient at UCLA where she was completing her double specialty in Orthodontial/Pediatric dentistryl. She introduced me to her then boyfriend Nelson -- when I need veneers over my two front teeth. I have been their patient ever since. RecommendedDr. Susan and Dr. Joe are so great with my kids! They are kind and considerate. My children love going to the dentist. They have movies for the children to watch and give tokens for prizes. They are great about asking for consent and making sure the child is comfortable. Parents are always welcome in the treatment room. We have used them for general dentistry and cleanings for my 6 children, as well as braces.
Dentist who takes the time I have never met a dentist who took so much time to explain things to his patients. They have really nice equipment. The office is nicely designed. And it has just expanded, doubling the size. The office staff are professional, keeping the place running smoothly. The dental hygienists are gentle with you, too.
