Fresh and Tasty! We were sorry we didn't get more Pork Buns to go! The Pork Tenderloin Ramen was amazing!
This restaurant has the best, I stress THE BEST homemade ramen noodles, equal to Japan, where I lived for two years. The staff is great, and the chef is brilliant! I mentioned on my TV show, and hope they are there for many, many years. My suggestion: The pork belly pork buns melt in your mouth! Delicious!
Food was amazing, delicious, wanted to try even more! Atmosphere was great and staff was very friendly and engaging.
Amazing ramen!!! I had the shoyu ramen and my mom had the paitan ramen, both of which were beyond delicious! The broth in both were rich and flavorful. The noodles were fresh and cooked perfectly. I added homemade kimchi which was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The pork buns are delicious and savory. I'm not a fan of pork either, actually I try to avoid it. In terms of design the place is modern industrial with exposed brick and modern lighting.
Lots of good energy in this noodle bar....the broth was on point.....
Amazing food and wonderful service. Will definitely come back!
