I can only speak for the construction cleanliness, and for that I give one star! Friend lives in the neighborhood currently under construction and while picking him up I immediately got a flat tire on my new Tesla. The screw was near some other debris in the road. Contacted the builder and even though it happened in-front of their site they said “no warranty deal with your insurance”.
