Buyers Beware!! Pahlisch is no longer about quality and customer service. They have grown and relied on their reputation and now they no longer care about the home buyer, only the bottom line. We looked at several homes but settled on a Pahlisch home because of their reputation. We put in a bid for a home in Dec 22. Pahlisch countered but we decided to wait until after the holidays. When we reached out mid-January 23 we learned that home had sold but the model we liked best (Farmhouse) 2 lots down was available. We went by ou... read more

We have lived in a Pahlisch home since 2008. We couldnt be any happier with our home. They have followed through on every item we asked for and then some. They gave us a stone trim on our home for nothing because they forgot to have us sign a paper. We are thinking about moving and have looked for Pahlisch homes in that area also. Our home is still beautiful.

Business response:

We are so pleased you are happy with your home and would love to help you find your next Pahlisch home. You can reach out to me anytime for more information at ***********************************

My experience with Pahlisch has been beyond sub par. We had a home built in the Butternut Creek Community in Hillsboro to move in Jan. 2020. We chose Pahlisch because of their reputation in the ‘90’s. The issues just keep coming! We need to restrain the fence (but they applied a 2 year stain, why would you choose the lowest level stain?), the entire development is having corrosion/rust with their water heaters (creating a $227 repair) that the builder says, “Sorry, built to code.” EVERY SINGLE HOME REQUIRES THIS REPAIR, AND ... read more

******** Crossing subdivision in **** built by Pahlash homes is crawling with rock chucks. I believe they were aware of this issue as people who have lived here for a year have stated they have reported it to the association and to the builder. I find it quite unethical that this was not disclosed at the time of our purchase a couple of months ago. Had I known the potential for rodents living in my yard I probably would not have purchased this home. Up to this point Pahlish Is unwilling to help mitigate this problem. It most... read more

Having worked with several production home builders in Central ******, I have found that Pahlisch Homes quality and integrity is top notch. They are well organized, easy to work with guarantee their product is not only built to local code, but to the ******************** of ************************** The other reviews here are biased and greatly uninformed. Indeed, wood expands and contracts, concrete cracks, nails pop... these are all factors that ALL builders have to deal with and is the nature of the materials. IF there a... read more

I would never buy another Pahlisch Home again. I agree with ********** They build an inferior quality home and cut corners to save as much money as they possibly can. They only care about their bottom line and not the customer. I can't make this stuff up. This is an actual email sent to me about poor construction of my soffit areas in my home and they will not fix them. Devan **** Feb 4, 12:07 PM to me, **** Hi *****, I wanted to follow up on your service request regarding your *****. Your request has been reviewed by ******... read more

Complete disappointment! In hopes what happened to us doesn’t happen to anyone else. We have built with Pahlisch before and my parents built a select home a couple years ago and this by far was the WORST experience with this company that we have had. We had recently signed contract at the end of January for a home to be built in Prineville. We had been told we needed to pick the 1st and 2nd options ASAP and pay for upgrades, then were told that those phases passed a few days later and immediately had to run to pay them becau... read more

Do not buy from this builder - Pahlisch Homes. This company is not trustworthy. They build houses with average to below average craftsmanship and charge you a high premium. We bought a house from this builder and it was a disastrous experience. The first inspection found 70+ issues including standing water in crawlspace, disconnected radon pipes, blocking sewer, to name a few. After back and forth negotiation, they agreed to fix 50+ of them. However, the re-inspection found 30+ issues not being repaired or repaired incorrect... read more
