Not a 'care' provider. Incompetent front desk. Checked in, was told to wait outside. Gave them a number to call. Waited 2 hours to find out they gave up. No care was given, told to wait longer. They made it seem like it was my fault they called the wrong number, claimed they looked for us 'twice', made it seem like we were hiding. If looking out the window indicates a search then maybe better standards should be applied, like walk the 20 feet left and then back....makes it look like a search. I came in with a painful gout attack and was taken care of immediately. The staff was incredibly skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable and reassured the entire time—I truly felt like I was in the best hands. I was in and out in under an hour, which was amazing! I can’t recommend this place highly enough

Even if your life depends on it, drive the extra block to the hospital. I have never been treated so poorly in my life at a medical office. The X-ray technician ridiculed me for not knowing how I injured myself to cause pain and swelling. The medical assistant pretty much called me a liar in front of the entire waiting room when she accused me of lying about going to a specialist and his diagnosis. I had to tell her to call his office and get the paperwork. The doctors didn't listen and would constantly give me a rushed diag... read more

Even when they are super busy, they are cordial and they get you in fast! They also are adept at ascertaining tricky symptoms by diligent scrutiny of the patient and their history. Love them!
