How is it someone comes in thinking they have a broken rib, gets 2 CT scans (chest and head), and gets no instructions as to what to do/not do at home?

The lady at the front wasvery rude to my mom she had cracked open her head and needed stiches, they had no empathy at all and made her fill out paper work. They didnt even get her back there until 30 minutes with blood pouring down her face. When they did get her back there it was another 30 minutes untill they got her stiched up. They didnt even follow up about her head scan and didnt even dress up her wound. Nobody even talked to us nor were they nice to my mom very dissapointed with how they handled everything.

My experience at Pagosa Springs ED was a very good one, considering how bad I was feeling. Nikki was wonderful getting me situated, nurse Toklar is one of the best blood drawers I ever met and Dr Halterman was great, he listened to me, got me hydrated asap, pain meds helps so much. Then was told I need a CT scan and I thought oh man I'm be here for hours. Not so. Had the scan and it was read in less than an hour. I hope I don't have to go back but if I do I know I will be treated professionally and with compassion.
