I haven't been in that many ERs, but Pagosa Springs Medical Center was the most efficient and thorough experience I've ever had when I broke my wrist. I was in and out in 2 hours with having had x-rays, a CT scan and gotten a splint. Everyone was very kind and explained next steps--ER doctor even took time to call my orthopedic surgeon back home to detail the break. Highly recommend if you need an ER!
The ER is top notch! Handled a busy waiting room on a Sunday, with grace and patience. Once in the back, I was treated with kindness and compassion. Excellent medical treatment as well.
How is it someone comes in thinking they have a broken rib, gets 2 CT scans (chest and head), and gets no instructions as to what to do/not do at home?
