I have never received poor and judgemental care from any medical until being seen at PSMC. Judgmental and insufficient care from primary, specialty and ER services. The ER said they could not help or do anything. I went to Mercy in Durango and was immediately referred to Spine Colorado. Established care with one PCP, she left after a month and now there is a waitlist out 3 months. Hardly any Medical Doctors to see. They all appear to be NP's. Incredibly disappointed.
I recently had to visit the emergency room in the middle of the night here after experiencing some rough altitude sickness. Nurses Jamie and Tyler were so kind, quick, and attentive to help me. Dr Daniel Renner (I’m probably spelling his name wrong) also was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The team had me feeling better quickly, which I was grateful for their care being in the depths of the middle of the night.
Thanks to Trump VA healthcare cuts,I had Togo to the emergency room for an infected ingrown nails.3 month waiting list. From registration to the doctors and nurses, I was treated promptly, with kindness and care. I hope you keep those employees, they were just the best!!!
I had a problem while traveling and my wife took me to this small community hospital in the middle of the night. We were there for two days while my health issue was being addressed. If only all hospitals were run this way. Personal attention from every person we dealt with. Even the woman who came in to get our trash asked how I was feeling and wished me well. Today from check in, registering for an appointment with Dr Webb orthopedics and the care he exudes is something extremely rare in surgeons nowadays. Dr Webb is attentive and genuinely cares listening very carefully. Always comfortable knowing he will be caring for my needs for my aging bones and arthritis. He’s the best of the best. From there I rechecked for my dreaded mammogram and dexa bone density. I have for decades loathed the mammogram exam.
