It’s a really pretty area. The bathrooms are super clean. A nice river flows just behind the park.
Beautiful quaint setting on the Blanco River! Extremely clean and well taken care of. Owners very friendly and accommodating. The shaved ice snow balls are the bomb! Very nice camp store. We will be back for sure when in the Pagosa area! Only about 8 miles to Pagosa Springs.
Pagosa Springs RV Park staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The property is well maintained, green grass, and very clean. We spent a week in Space 11, Mountain View side of the park. When the park is full (weekends) the space is tight, yet worked just fine. I would come back to this park given a return trip to PS.
