Service was terrible. Tried to order a pizza for carryout but the guy on the phone seemed annoyed that we called and should bother him. After getting every excuse from the employee about how he could not be troubled to take our order we decided to take our business elsewhere. This place really needs to get its act together and rethink its staffing.
My family and I stumbled across this place after a long day. To our surprise after walking in we were a little discouraged,we we got a taste of the pizza it was awesome taste. Please do stop by. If you need to use the potty ask for key. Nice guy after talking to him.
This place was a complete dump. First off , the menu yells at you and tells you to leave before you can even order (it was cheap looking too). The ambiance is completely lacking. A middle aged man came out to assist us & rolled his eyes when we ordered a half sausage half veggie pizza like it was un heard of. Another group of customers came in and ordered some food. I did not even get to eat or order food, because I was so shocked at the rude customer service I received over the phone. While on vacation in Pagosa Springs, I called in to Peaks Pizza at 9:30pm to order a pizza, since online it states they close at 10:00pm. One of the employees (I did not get their name) answers the phone, and when asked to place a pick up order, he lets out the biggest "ughhhhh"/ sigh. My mother and I just ate there, and it was pretty darn good. We both had the spaghetti. The service was good, and friendly. I was impressed with the level of efficiency our server gave us and everyone who came in. Very satisfying.
