We are holding a national rally for Rover Car Owners here and have had the most wonderful service from each of the managers we have met with. Cheerful, organised and helpful personnel are helping us plan our banquet events! The food from the restaurant is excellent and good value, a large, light airy space with a lovely view of the pool and quiet enough that you can talk
Great location really central to everything. Room service food is underwhelming and buffet breakfast also underwhelming for $29 per person. Superior room was nice but a bit tired. Payed $15 per night for parking only to return at 940pm one night to have no available spots spoke to reception who let us use a reserved spot for the night cause street very full as well but the catch being told to move the car before staff start at 830am sorry but paying hotel guest here not impressed, looks like an alarm will have to be set very... read more
Great place. Better price than most of the hotels. 2nd time I've stayed here.
During my stay, I was treated differently because of my ethnicity. The staff member involved spoke to me in a dismissive and hostile tone and engaged in behaviour that singled me out compared to other guests. Specifically, in the situation I was faced with The treatment made it clear that I was being viewed or treated differently due to my ethnic background. Unfortunately our room was not properly cleaned. Spa bath was dirty and cleaned it out selves then turned it on and obviously it hadn’t had a good clean in a while bits and pieces floating in the water we just turned it off. Washing machine pipes are sticky taped together but are broken. Air con in the living room stopped working blew a fuse And then still wouldn’t work.
