The Pagoda is beautiful, both outside and inside. There is air conditioning and heat inside the Pagoda, as it is completely enclosed, and also a place to buy tea and coffee, plus seats to look out the windows upstairs. The Pagoda was a gift to the City of Norfolk by the government of Taiwan. It is in the shape of an octagon, two stories high. All the materials were made in Taiwan then assembled in Norfolk. It has been there since 1989.
Little nice place to relax or unwind from the city.
