The pizza's are usually great but customer service if they screw up is terrible. They messed up a pizza I ordered for take out. called the store that night and was told to call the next day. called the next day and was told they would give me a $5 credit for a new pizza the next time I came in. First off the pizza cost me $18. I ordered Taco on half and they did not put the ingredients with the pizza when I picked it up. (this was first time I ordered Taco) Very disappointed. Seriously waited 45 min to get my pizza and not a single answer as to why it took so long. Literally no communication about anything. Was great awesome service I'll be sure to tell everyone i know about my great experience. Thanks for the let down. People who ordered 2im after we did got their food before us. Awesome. Thanks again

Wow terrible service today. Waited 10 minutes for my order to be taken(after several others ordered ahead of me) then lost the order. 1 hour and 10 minute lunch.
Still the best pizza ever! I started going there in 1979 when B was manning the front window. All conversation always stopped at our table once the pizza was delivered! I still have the phone # memorized from my Mankato State days and I will call ahead coming into town. Many trips from Iowa to Minneapolis include a stop at Pagliai's. Wore out my tshirts I bought there 35 years ago! Can't believe how reasonable the prices are still today!
