my ring The fat blonde one tries to cheat you. I took my ring in to be resize, picked it up and was still the same size. My hubby buys lots of jewelry from them, but not anymore. I refuse to go there anymore. After getting custome made earrings there that was expensive, you would think they would treat you better.

No complaints, good service I had an old ring that I had previously had plated with rhodium to change it from yellow to white gold a few years back. I wanted to bring it back to yellow gold in order to sell it so I tool it to Pagel at the recommendation of another jeweler. They did a great job and at a great price. The ring looks new. Everyone that worked there seem nice enough.

Treated very poorly The last 2 interactions with pagel have been poor I got called a liar both on the phone and in person from these people they swear they never talked to me on the phone, then when I come in and tell them what the said they had in stock they said I was mistaken again... They are VERY rude and arrogant especially the heavy set blonde she is the worst.

Service at Pagels I have been in the Killeen area since the 70's and have made several purchases or had repairs done at Pagels-I remember the Pagel mother and father,always very nice people.-Have always been a satsfied customer-ALL the people I've dealt with at the store (Especially Elizabeth) have always been very helpful and have given great service.

Great jewelers I have been in the Killeen area for 15 years. First time I went to Pagel's was about 10 years ago. Have been there numerous times. Have always had great service. Prices have always been very reasonable. Just picked up two watches for repair. New battery in one and new band on other. Only place that I can find a band for the watch my wife bought for my retirement from the Army 11 years ago. Had to cut the band to fit and only charged me for band, no labor. Relax I compete against Pagel's and I can't believe the the fact that people want to write bad reviews for piddly BS. $21 to fix your bracelet!?! You should have paid them and thanked them! I do watch batteries also. If you needed that battery so soon you would have gotten it replaced 2 months ago when it died for $12 at walmart (if the battery person was there).

CONSUMERS BEWARE I took a $3000. bracelet to this jeweler to get estimate on either repairing clasp or adding safety chain & left it with a nice lady, Becky. Before I left, she said I would be called when estimate was complete. Over a week passed, I hadn't heard from them. I called, was told repairs to clasp were complete, at$21. cost. I said, repairs hadn't been authorized. When off work, I went to pick up the bracelet. Watch batteries I took 3 watches in on a Wednesday. At first they said it would be an hour, and I said in that case I would return on Thursday ( the next day). When I went in on Thursday, they still weren't done. I went back on Friday, and still had to wait for them to be done... The only good thing was they did deeply discount the price for doing it. Not sure I will return there for anything!!

Ring Repair I am so impressed with the quality and cost of the repair of my ring. My ring has been broken for almost 2 years and I've been worried about the cost to get it fixed so I just let it sit. I took my ring in and not only to my surprise it was very resonable to get it repaired but it was done in a timely manner and looks excellent! I will continue to use this jeweler anytime I have jewelry needs.
