Page One Property Management LLC is working very well in our area
worst landlord i’ve ever had. i always pay my rent on time all i ask is for him to come fix the leak in the kitchen sink and the mice running around the apartments. i’ve lived here for 6 months and Pedro refuses to send somebody to come fix these problems.
I sent a request through Hot Pads for information on a condo in Ventura Country Club on Sunday and Pedro the owner of called me on Monday morning. We made arrangements to meet 2 days later as I was coming from out of state . He arrived right on time at the location and after I viewed the condo he was able to electronically submit the background check and we had a lease done and had the keys to the condo within the hour.
