Just made a call trying to find information about an appointment. I have scheduled for my homeowners insurance. And whoever answered the phone at the Orlando office five minutes ago was very rude. Did not want to give me any help and I quote you need to call corporate and when I ask, can she give me that number she told me I don’t have it in front of me no, I can’t. I don’t wanna look for it.
